Job Summary
To provide experienced support to the Team Leads of the different IB areas to achieve set goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and review robust financial models
- Perform and review valuation analysis for various sectors
- Prepare marketing and statutory transaction documents including information memoranda, teasers, prospectuses, scheme documents among others
- Prepare client presentations and pitch books
- Lead day-to-day responsibilities with respect to transaction execution throughout the deal life cycle
- Lead and manage liaison with regulatory authorities including the Securities & Exchange Commission, FMDQ, FCCPC
- Supervise and mentor Analysts within the team
- Assist Senior team members with marketing and deal origination initiatives
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
- Keep abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect various industries
- Manage other activities as delegated by Manager
Desired Profile
- First degree in a Finance, Accounting, or Economics related course with a minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper Division
- Post Graduate Degree or MBA is an added advantage
- NYSC Completed
- Minimum of 4years of Corporate Finance experience in a reputable Investment bank or top tier consulting firm
- Strong Financial Modelling skills
- SEC Sponsored Individual will be an added advantage
- Relevant professional qualifications (or ongoing certification program) such as ACA, ACCA, CFA will be an added advantage

- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
