To steer our client's diverse teams toward achieving strategic vision, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary female Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and excellence.

Job Summary
The CEO will serve as the central coordinator and driving force behind the operations of the Company’s Group, ensuring all departments and key personnel function cohesively and efficiently. Acting as the “choir master,” the CEO will harmonize the efforts of an already robust leadership team to ensure that the Company’s Group operates as a structured, agile, and innovative organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to align all departments with the company’s goals and objectives
- Develop and implement company-wide strategies for growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, and the leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives
- Supervise and provide direction to senior executives, including Financial Director, Legal Counsel, Director of Acquisition, President, the Company Electric, Head of Accounting and Auditing
- Foster collaboration and ensure every department delivers on its mandate, working as a cohesive unit
- Design and implement operational frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all branches of the group
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure departments are meeting targets and deliverables
- Represent the Company’s Group to external stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, employees, and partners
- Strengthen and expand the organizational structure to support long-term growth
- Drive innovation, particularly in areas like global procurement, sourcing, and high-value project delivery
Desired Profile
- Proven track record as a senior executive or CEO in a multi-departmental organization, preferably in construction, interior design, or procurement industries
- Strong strategic planning, organizational development, and operational management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align a diverse team of high-performing executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in implementing and maintaining organizational structures and frameworks
- A deep understanding of finance, legal, acquisition, and procurement processes
