The ideal candidate will combine traditional marketing approaches with digital marketing expertise to reach our target audience and promote our premium beverage offerings in the competitive Lekki market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Create compelling content for both online and offline marketing channels
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports
  • Manage marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on beverage industry trends and competitor activities

Brand Development & Customer Engagement

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints
  • Design attractive in-store promotional materials and displays
  • Organize and promote in-store events such as tastings, masterclasses, and product launches
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets and influencers
  • Develop partnerships with complementary local businesses
  • Assist in building and maintaining a customer database for targeted marketing

Content Creation & Design

  • Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and promotional signage
  • Take high-quality product photographs for use in marketing materials
  • Develop content calendar for regular marketing activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, hospitality, or beverage industry
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics
  • Knowledge of or interest in premium alcoholic beverages
  • Basic photography skills for product and event coverage
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
