Job Brief
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic business opportunities and partnerships that drive revenue,
brand visibility and sustainable growth across the organisation's Group. The role will lead the development and execution of business development strategies across wellness, spa, retail, wholesale, corporate, hospitality, amenity, training, franchise and other relevant business lines.
The role holder will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, HMOs, airlines, organisations, strategic partners, affiliates and other key stakeholders; identify new commercial opportunities; develop compelling proposals; negotiate commercial agreements; and ensure successful conversion and retention of partnerships.
The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and relevant internal teams to translate identified opportunities into commercially
viable partnerships and ensure that agreed partnership commitments are effectively delivered.
The role is highly revenue-focused and requires a commercially driven, strategic and relationship-oriented individual who can consistently identify opportunities, convert prospects and grow the organisation's partnership portfolio.
Educational / Professional Qualification
▪ BA or BSC in Business Management or a related discipline
▪ Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be
an added advantage.
▪ Professional qualification on Project Management, CBDP etc will
be an added advantage
Experience-
▪ Must possess a minimum of 4-5 years work experience in BDM,
Marketing or Sales
▪ Experience with Business Development Management, Marketing
and Partnerships is essential for this role
